THE MINI-LESSON IS A “HANDS-ON” LEARNING SESSION WHICH BUILDS CONFIDENCE AND KNOWLEDGE AROUND HORSES. TOPICS INCLUDE TACK & EQUIPMENT, APPROACH AND FORMING A UNION, BODY LANGUAGE, SAFETY & HANDLING, CARE, GROOMING, SADDLING & RIDE PREPARATION, MOUNTING & DISMOUNTING, REINING TECHNIQUES, POSTURE, HAND, LEG & VOICE COMMANDS, EXERCISES, AND OTHER AREAS OF HORSEMANSHIP.

Horsemanship Mini-Lesson is a half-hour in length and gives
a broad overview of some topics mentioned above. Combined with one
of our Riding Packages,
the group will have the opportunity the ride
Ponies or Horses and learn a little about them.
