RIDING LESSON PROGRAM RULES & INFORMATION

TO: All Riding Lesson Students
RE: Riding Lesson Rules & Certificates Policy

If you are a new student and have not yet signed up for Riding Lessons, please call 732-545-6220.

If you already have Riding Lesson certificates please continue reading below.

Thank you for participating in our Riding Lesson Program.  If you have already received your Riding Lesson certificates, be sure to write your name on each one.  If you have paid for a package of lessons, you will receive your Riding Lesson certificates in the mail.   If you have paid for a single lesson, you will not receive a certificate and you just need to show up at your scheduled lesson time.

It is your responsibility to bring one certificate with you to each scheduled lesson.  Should you forget to bring a certificate to any scheduled lesson, you must pay $46.00 for that particular lesson [$65.00 for Private Lessons] and you may use the certificate for the next scheduled lesson.

How to schedule Riding Lessons: You may always schedule in-person at the stables or call 732-545-6220, or

Responsibility à
If you do not show up for any given scheduled lesson and we are operating on that day, you automatically sacrifice that lesson.  You are responsible for producing Riding Lesson certificates or paying for lessons that you have sacrificed.

Riding Lesson certificates are dated and will expire.  They are to be used only by the student to which the certificates were issued. Riding Lesson certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and can not be used or exchanged for other services.

Clothing: Flexible jeans, work boots, hiking boots, or similar outdoor footwear with laces.  Please- no shorts, no sweat-pants, no sandals, no sneakers, no slip-on footwear.  Helmets are required for all students.  You may purchase riding helmets from Horse Equipment supply stores at the following telephone numbers: 732-446-4330,  732-303-0055,  908-238-1200,  908-439-3026,  609-921-6854.

Cancellation policy: Riding Lessons require a 48-hour cancellation notice in order to avoid sacrificing that particular lesson. This rule applies regardless of any reason.  You must either produce a Riding Lesson certificate or pay for lessons that you have sacrificed.  You may re-schedule any canceled lesson for which proper time notice was given.

Certificate expiration: As a courtesy to our students we do allow expired certificates to be used up to 90 days post-expiration at a late-use fee of $10.00 per certificate.  The certificates may not be used after 90 days post-expiration.   At that point you may sign up for a new package of lessons

Thank you for your interest in our programs!
